Devoti Sailing is the most successful builder of the Finn Olympic dinghy of all time. Devoti Finns have won every major championship and every Finn at the 2008 Olympic regatta was a Devoti.

Devoti also build the Melges range of racing keelboats and their track record and success as a builder is undisputed. To accommodate the extra capacity needed for the Devoti-one, a move to larger, modern and well-equipped premises was completed in 2008.

Devoti are known for building great Finns but now they are best known for building great boats.

Luca Devoti, the man behind the Devoti-one design project, Olympic medallist and front man behind the +39 America’s Cup challenge said:-

“I have a passion for sailing, I cannot get enough of it and it’s like a drug to me!
When I stopped campaigning Finns, and let the younger guys come along, I wanted to build a new class for me and my friends, who come in all shapes, sizes and ages, to race in a relaxed atmosphere.
It must be fun and challenging, I wanted to keep the best of the Finn and add something extra. Come and have a go and you’ll understand.”
